Akin (Archived) Located off Hwy 67 on a small road across from FM 2148. Take the first left, then left again for about a half mile. On the right you will see the cemetery, fenced with the name Akin over the gate. Archived

Antioch Prosperity African-American.  Located on Hwy 8, north of New Boston, on the right hand side of the road Vernon and Linda Binger
Antioch 1 located a few yards down on the east side of Double L Rd. Which is just a few yards southeast of the intersection of Hwy 67 and FM 2148. Outside the southeast corner of the LSAP. There is a chain link fence around the cemetery. Vernon and Linda Binger

Arkadelphia African-American.  From New Boston, go south on Hwy 8 to Old Boston. Turn left on FM 2149. Go about 2 miles. Turn right on CR 1102. Go 2 1\10 miles. Cemetery is on the right in front of the old wooden church. Vernon and Linda Binger

Barfield (Also known as Peters) Go about 1/2 mile past Ringwood.  There is a chain link fence in a field that surrounds the graves. Texarkana USA Genealogical Society
Barkman From Leary go north on FM 1398.  Go about 3 miles. On the right you will see a few headstones under a group of big trees. -
Bassett Family Located in Bassett, south of the railroad on Carbondale Creek. -
Beaver Dam African-American - Located 10 miles north of DeKalb one half mile off U.S.Highway 259.  Turn right on oil road to the Beavers Dam church and you will see the cemetery across the road from the church. Vernon and Linda Binger
Beringhigh From DeKalb take US 259 north for about 6 1/2 miles.  Turn left on FM 114 and it is about a mile down on the right. -
Berry Family Near the old Berry farm about 1/4 mile east of Hwy 8. Texarkana USA Genealogical Society
Bethlehem African-American.  From DeKalb go north on FM 992 for about 8 miles.  Turn left on a dirt road and go till the road ends.  The cemetery is on the left in the woods. -

Bright Star African-American.  Located in the Buchanan Community, go to the end of Sunset Road and the cemetery is in the woods. -

Brooks Family Located in Moss Springs Community on the old Barfield/Brooks Farm. -
Buchanan-Friendship African-American.  From Domino go south on Kings Hwy.  Cross Hwy 59 and go past the Buchanan Memorial Methodist Church.  About 1 1/2 miles past the church the pavement stops.  Go another 1/2 mile and Kennedy Lake is on the left.  The cemetery is on the west side of the lake. Cedar Creek From Sand Hill go west about 6 miles to the Welch Family farm.  Turn rt. on a small dirt road.  Look to the left for the cemetery. -
Cedar Grove From Sand Hill go west about 6 miles to the Welch Farm.  Turn right on a dirt road and the cemetery is about 250 years on the left. -
Cedar Springs African-American.  From Hooks go north on FM 9001 for about 3 miles.  Go left on Billy Sims road for about a mile.  Turn left on a dirt road to the Cedar Springs church and the cemetery is across the road. Texarkana USA Genealogical Society

Elliott On government property in the Old Union Community behind Freeman's Nursery, close to a small lake.  Contains no tombstones.  It was set up for graves but no one was ever buried there. -
Ellis Family From New Boston go north on Hwy 8 for about 6 1/2 miles.  Turn right on a small road to the dead end.  Go south into the woods about a 1 to 1 1/2 miles. -

Hill African American.  From Leary go north on FM 1398.  Go about a mile past I-30 and the cemetery is on the right. -

Holloway African-American.  From Redwater go east on Hwy 67, turn right on the first dirt road, then turn left before you get to the railroad tracks.  It is in the woods on the right on a hill. Texarkana USA Genealogical Society
Holmes Family From Nash go west on Hwy 82 to the Tri-States Trucking Company.  Go left on a dirt road for about a mile and a half.  Go straight south on a small road when the road takes a sharp right turn.  Go past 2 houses and you will see a metal gate.  Go about 1/2 miles and the cemetery is in a field on the west side of a creek. -

Hooks - Slave Cemetery African-American.  From New Boston go north on FM 992 to the Three-Side farm and inquire at the office. -
Hooks Family African-American.  North of Hooks, take FM 1398 for 2 1/2 miles.  Turn left on Myrtle Springs Rd and the cemetery is about a mile west on the left side of the road. -

Hughes-Knight (Archived) From New Boston go east on Hwy 82 and turn left on the first dirt road past the Paper Mill.  At the T in the road turn right and go about 5 miles to a log house on the left. At the gates walk into the woods to the west about 1 1/2 miles. Archived

Liberty Hill From New Boston go north on FM 992 (Daniels Chapel Rd.). Daniels Chapel Church is about the half way point. Turn left on County Road 3209 (Liberty Hill Church sign is at the turn). The church and cemetery is on the right side of the road. Linda & Vernon Binger
