Boston Timmons ANDREWS -- Boston Timmons, 50, of Odessa, a retired employee of Valve Maintenance Corp., died Monday, July 13, 1998, at Sid Patterson Memorial Hospital in Kerrville. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Andrews Old Cemetery with the Rev. Ivy Shelton officiating. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home. He was born in Andrews. Survivors: Wife, Faye Timmons of Odessa; daughter, Tiffany Timmons of Odessa; brothers, Robert Timmons of McAlester, Richard Timmons of Wolforth, Rufus Timmons of Seminole, Elmer Timmons of Houston, Jimmie Timmons, Melvin Timmons and Billy Timmons, all of Andrews; sisters, Janie Westfall of Midland, Faye Mize of Justiceburg, Helen Bolton of Midland, Betty Bowlin of Farmington, N.M., and Eva Savage of Odessa. Charlie Tidwell ANDREWS (Special) - Services for Charlie Tidwell, 65, of Andrews will be at 2 p.m. Friday in McNett Funeral Home Chapel with cremation under direction of McNett Funeral Home. Tidwell died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 1998, in University Medical Center in Lubbock. He was born Oct. 15, 1932, in Earth. He married Carole James on Oct. 20, 1953, in Abilene. He moved to Andrews in 1975. He and his wife owned Tidwell Construction until 1991. He owned Mustang Video in Andrews. Survivors include his wife; three sons, David, Clay and James, all of Andrews; four daughters, Wanda Tidwell of Odessa, Marcia Tidwell of Andrews, Lara Hibbard of Houston and Vicky Tidwell of Andrews; two brothers, Fred of Bakersfield, Calif., and Alfred of Big Spring; three sisters, Sylvia Mitchell of Midland, Jean Rosso of Minneapolis, Minn., and Pat Barbra of Santa Barbara, Calif.; and 13 grandchildren. Geneva Gross ANDREWS — Geneva Gross, 67, of Andrews, a homemaker, died Monday, July 20, 1998, at Methodist Hospital in Lubbock. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. today at the Andrews Old Cemetery with Leslie Gross Jr. officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. She was born June 26, 1931, in Edna. She married Wesley Gross on March 8, 1947, in Seagraves. They moved to Andrews from Seagraves in 1955. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. A son, Wesley Albert, preceded her in death. SURVIVORS: Husband, Wesley Gross of Andrews; daughters, Marquita Johnson of San Angelo, Linda Talarsky of Chico, Debbie Dockery of Hobbs, N.M.; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
