Haraldeon County

In the name of God amen I Allison W. Golden of said State and County being of advanced age but of Sound and disposing mind and memory knowing that I must shortly depart this life Deem it – right – and proper both as respects my Family and myself That – I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind Providence has blessed me I do therefore make this my last – Will and Testament – hereby revoking and annulling all of them by are heretofore made first –

I desire and direct that my body be Buried in a desant and chirstian like manner Suitable to my circumstance and condition in life my sole I trust – shall return to rest with God who gave it _ as I hope for Salvation through the merits – atonements of the Blessed Lord and Savior Jessus Christ – Secondly,

I desire and direct that all my just – debts- be paid without delay by my beloved wife Nancy Susanah Whom I hereby constitute and appoint Executrix. Thirdly.

I give and bequeath and desire to my beloved Wife. Nancy Susanah fraction of Lot of land No 304 in the 6th Dist. Of Carroll County with all the rights members and appertanances to said fraction of Land in any wise belonging free from all charge and liveitation whatever together with the balance of my affects both real and personal to her over proper use baneful – and behalf forever with full power to dispose of the same by will or other wise as she may deem proper this June the 20 1871

Before me came on the 16th day of June 1873 at Chamber for the purpose of proving the last will and testament of Allison W Goldin the witnesses to said Will (--- unreadable) Seaborn Goldin and Joseph Manor and the Will having been before that time brought before me for probate by the Executrix Nancy S Goldin who has filed a petition for probate of the same that they saw said Allison W Goldin sign and publish the same as his last Will on the day and year then Stated as executed by him that they witnessed the same at his request in his presence and in presence of each then that the same was voluntarily executed by him while he was of sound and disposing mind and memory
