This indenture made this the Sevententh day of September in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and Eighty Six between Hepsy C. Summerville Hannah J. McLendon E. P. Dyer Guardian for William Dyer Mary J. Dyer Martha Ann Dyer Andrew Dyer Georgia A. Dyer of the County of Haralson and state aforesaid Mary S. Wilkerson of the State of Texas By her Attorney in fact Butler Davis & Josephine Davis of the County of Paulding and State aforesaid that for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred and Fifty Dollars in hand paid hath bargained sold _?_ and _?_ unto Butler Davis of the County of Paulding of the State aforesaid All these tracts or parcels of land situate lying and being the County of Haralson and Twenteeth District and Third Section known and distinguished in the plan of said District by the numbers Seven hundred and ninety one Seven hundred Eighty nine Eight hundred and thirty nine Eight hundred and thirty Eight Eight hundred and thirty, Seven Each containing forty forty acres more or less Seven hundred and Ninety Eight hundred and Sixty five Each containing twenty acres more or less and Six acres of Seven hundred and ninety two. To have to hold said bargained premises unto him said Butler his heirs and assigns together with all the rights members and apprentanaces in anny in any manner belonging to the Same to their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee Simple and the said Hepsy Summerville Hannah McLendon E P Dyer as Guardian for his Children Mary S. Wilkerson by her attorney in fact Butler Davis and Josephine Davis for themselves their heirs and assigns will warrant and defend the right and the title thereof against themselves unto said Butler Davis his heirs and and assigns and against the lawful claim of all and singular every other person or persons whom Souver in testimony whereof we have here unto set our hand, and affixed our seal, the day and year first written
