State of Georgia, Haralson County.
This Indenture, made this 29 day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight-hundred and Ninety Between J. W. Williams of the State of Georgia and the county of Haralson of the first part, and J. H. Lee of the State of Georgia and the county of Haralson of the second part. Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Thre (sp) hundred Dollars, in hand paid, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents & that receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said part of the second part his heirs and assigns, (Forty Six acres Land) Lot number 667 Six acres of Lot 666 all that tract or parcel of Land, Situated, lying and being in Twentieth District and third Section of originally Cherokee County Survey now Haralson County. To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land, with all and Singular, the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging or in anywise appertaining to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, J. H. Lee heirs and assigns forever, in fee simple. And the said party of the first part, for J. W. Williams heirs, executors and administrators, will warrant and forever defend the right and title of the above described property,unto the said party of the second part J. H. Lee heirs and assigns, against the claims of all persons whomsoever. In Witness whereof said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written.
