Haralson County, Georgia

Jackson Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery

Survey by Michael & Doris Robbins 10 July 2000

Orginialy called Jackson Church for Mr Abe Jackson, who let the people meet in his house on the west side of Buchanan in 1895. The word Chapel was later added and today the church is known as Jackson Chapel Baptist Church.

From the old courthouse in downtown Buchanan, go west on Hwy 120 toward Tallapoosa. You will go about 3 to 4 miles and the cemetery will be on the right in a wooded area.
