Martin Co., TX - Obituaries: Mrs. Juana Rosa Garza Submitted by: Michelle White ======================================================= Mrs. Juana Rosa Garza Funeral services for Mrs. Juana Rosa Garza, 84, of Stanton, have been set for 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 30, 2006 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Thomas Vempala officiating. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, January 29 at the Stanton Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. She was born October 21, 1921, in Garcenio, Texas, and she passed away January 26, 2006, in Stanton, Texas. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Gavino and Maria Rosa; her husband, A.H. Garza; two daughters, Rosa Rubio and Maria Elena Perez; one brother, Gabino Rosa Sr.; two sisters, Amilia Martinez and Josefa Alaniz; and two grandchildren, Joey Garza and Cindy Garza. Survivors include her five sons, Joe and Manuela Garza of Sinton, TX, Salvador and Amparo Garza of Stanton, Johnny and Joann Garza of Stanton, Raymond and Donna Garza of Sevierville, Tenn., and Freddy Garza of Stanton; four brothers, Genaro Rosa of Stanton, Gomecindo Rosa of Roma, TX, Gilberto Rosa of Sinton, TX, and Candio Rosa of Roma, TX; one sister, America Alaniz of Roma, TX; 28 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers will be Jaime Garza, Salvador Garza, Marc Garza, Mike Garza, Mark Garza, David Perez, Rolando Perez and Ruben Perez Jr. Funeral services are under the directon of Stanton Memorial Funeral Home & Chapel. ---
