JULIE LUNA PLEADS GUILTY

A 36-year-old Stanton woman will soon be on her way from a jail in Big Lake to
a prison in Gainesville.

Julie Luna pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of a Stanton boy who was
struck by Luna's car while waiting for his school bus.

His brother was also injured in that accident.

Luna's plea deal will require her to spend six years in prison.
