Turner Olgetree Guardian of Eliza Olgetree

Georgia } Know all men by these presents, that we  Turner Ogletree

&  James Hackney are held and firmly bound to their honors the judges of

the court of ordinary for said county, and their successors in office, in the just and full sum of   five hundred   dollars, for the payment of which sum, to the said judges and their successors in office, we bind ourselves our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, sealed with our seals and dated this   Third  day of  January   one thousand eight hundred and  Twenty Five

The condition of the above obligation is such, that where as the said  Turner

Ogletree  was this day appointed guardian to   Eliza Ogletree   orphan of   David Ogletree  now if the said  Turner Ogletree  do well and truly demean  himself  as guardian aforesaid agreeable to letter of guardianship bearing even date herewith, and agreeable to law in such cases made and provided, the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
