Slice open
red peppers and green peppers. Remove and throw away
seeds. Then
mince peppers
and put in large kettle. Take skin from onions. Now
mince onions and toss inton kettle with peppers. Add
vinegar, sugar and salt. Blend everthing well. Bring to
boil and let simmer 10 minutes. take from stove. Fil
pint jars while hot and seal . Makes 4 pints. |
